The Peninsula Bangkok

… und so begann der Traumurlaub: kurz nach Mitternacht haben wir es nach mehr als 24 Stunden Reiserei dann ins Hotel geschafft, das Peninsula Bangkok. Ein fantastisches Hochhaus, gefüllt mit Luxus jeglicher Art. Die General Managerin dort ist eine Deutsche – klarer Plus-Punkt 😉 Optimal gelegen, mit Sicht über Bangkok und traumhaften Anlagen, vom Pool zum Restaurant direkt am Ufer und hoch in den 37. Stock. Ich hab euch noch ein Paar Bilder zum Outfit dazu gepackt, damit ihr ein grobes Gefühl dafür bekommt, wie klasse unser Aufenthalt dort war. Ihr dürft euch auch gerne mein kleines Video hier dazu anschauen!

Auch wenn es nicht super sommerlich aussieht, die Temperaturen waren auf jeden Fall oben mit dabei, also habe ich mein neues Hemd von J.Lindeberg angezogen, ein Mix aus Leinstoff und Baumwolle, mit einer kurzen Hose und sommerlichen Espadrilles von Stubbs and Wootton 🙂

… and thus began the vacation of a lifetime: shortly after midnight we arrived at our hotel, the Peninsula Bangkok, after traveling for more than 24 hours. A fantastic skyscraper, nothing short of the kind we have in NYC, filled with luxuries of all sorts. It’s perfectly located, with a view of Bangkok and astounding facilities ranging from the pool, to the riverside restaurant, all the way up to the 37th floor. I included a few shots for you, so you get a very vague feel of how awesome our stay was over there. It may not like look summer, but it sure was hot, leading me to wear my new J.Lindeberg shirt, a cotton-linen blend, prefect of this kind of weather, together with shorts and espadrilles from Stubbs & Wootton, also ideal for the summer 🙂
