Back in the city and the heat. Is. On. I’m not complaining, I’m just saying that a wall of humid, hot air smacked me in my face the moment I exited through the airport doors. Back in NYC. Back home. Back to fashion. I had a bunch of packages waiting for me with new pieces I’m super stoked to tell you about — in one of those boxes were these sweet kicks. A skater-inspired classic by Creative Recreation with a super dope print of vintage tilework, which I ordered after deciding to get a little crazier with fashion again 🙂

Inspired by the sneaker, I went with a long-lined look, layering a washed out red t-shirt over a slub cotton tank top, with military green moto jeans worn just a couple inches below the waist. I didn’t go with a watch for this look, creating a younger feel with just a hook bracelet, and added another retro touch with the shades. Solid look for the summer — do you agree?
