Thomas Sibick is accused of assaulting and robbing a police officer on camera during the January 6th riot. Thomas Sibick also has at least 5 prior convictions, yet he was granted bail by the same judge that didn’t give Brendon Spann bail. Brendon Spann had no prior criminal record and was accused of a nonviolent crime. A lot of people are saying this is because Thomas Sibick is white.
