Sometimes a simple, well color-coordinated look can go so far. As so often, I started out with the shoes for this one: a beautifully simple Canvas derby shoe by Frank Wright. The canvas fabric and the bright navy color with the slim sole make them a perfect addition for your summer wardrobe! I went ahead and took the colors apart and based the whole outfit on that. Clearly the navy shirt goes back to the upper of the shoe, but even the khaki dots go hand in hand with the chinos, all relating to the khaki layer in the sole of the shoes, as well is the slivers one can see of the inside. The white buttons even happen to tie in the white part of the sole. What do you guys think? Do you agree that sometimes the beauty lies in the simplicity?! 😉
