SHE’S WEARING:
Jewelry from Pandora | Shop here
Gentlemen, let’s be real: even if she says “Noooo, you don’t have to get me anything!” — we all know that simply means “You better try harder than last time or you can leave it be altogether.” That’s right, Valentine’s Day is coming up and I am getting my lady something from PANDORA. Since we’re all about that blog-life, I figured you guys might be able to help me choose what to get her 😉
I made a pre-selection for you guys, but I’d love to get your feedback on which PANDORA pieces are your favorites. Heads-up: it’s not gonna be an easy decision. The way it’s split up above, you have two collections, one especially for February 14th (just in case you forgot the date) and one Essence collection. The first combination of charms in the pics above is from PANDORA‘s V-Day collection and they hit the nail on the head: my favorite pieces were the small golden heart dangling in the silver one, a ball of little silver hearts with a golden “love” in the middle, both on a bracelet with solid silver heart, and lastly (and possibly my fave from that collection) the “You & Me”-charm.
Then we have the Essence collection, and if you know anything about my significant other, she likes to stick to the basics. Thus, even though I love the V-Day collection, I know she’s probably going to be more into the simple classics. What’s more, in case you don’t know what PANDORA‘s all about, every charm has a word engraved that it stands for: the first three I combined are Pisces, Honesty, and Positivity. Pisces, I’m sure you can gather the reason for. Honesty and Positivity are not only important to Lisa, but to our and any relationship as a whole, and even life altogether.
The second set of four charms consists of Belief, Optimism, Courage and Hope. We believe, that as long as you believe, you can do anything, thus I chose the Belief charm. Optimism goes hand in hand with Positivity. Life is what you make of it, and that depends on your essential attitude. Courage and Hope are of course as elemental as the other ones, but to be honest, they also just look beautiful, all black and all white respectively, which I know Lisa appreciates.
To make it fourteen pieces (Feb 14th) to choose from, I added a beautiful feather necklace. The two bracelets from the Essence collection are up for competition as well: the first one is thinner, and the charms can move around easily, whereas the second one allows you to place the charms just like you want them.
*End Rant* Now it’s your time to voice your opinion: what do you think I should get Lisa? In the end, it will be one charm and one bracelet, to get her collection started! Let me know which are your favorites, and which should make it to the next round of final six!

You are way ahead of the rest of us Marcel. Still scratching my head for that perfect Valentine’s Day gift, especially as New York has been, literally, frozen off the list! Good option with this bracelet though!

Stunning images! Love this post 🙂
One positive side of being a single fella, not V-Day gifts. So, instead I’ll treat myself to some bourbon in NYC that night.
The necklace is so gorgeous, you should get it for Lisa
It’s a great idea Marcel, I also thought to buy my wife some bracelet and a V-Day charm..
From your choices i really like the silver bracelet and the silver charm with the golden ‘Love’.
Have a great V-Day.

Your options look wonderful and I don’t think you could go wrong! However, I’m not sure what you mean in the final decision between essence bracelets- the silver option and the cord are the same thickness, and the beads will stay where you place them. This is not the case with the Classic silver bracelet, on which you’d put the Valentine’s Day pieces you mentioned! If you say that she’s Classic and likes basic, you can’t go wrong with the sterling silver essence bracelet and any of the essence beads you picked. You can show how much you know her, instantly. Good luck, and happy Valentine’s Day to you!
