DUMBO, literally

I’M WEARING: Suit (Ted Baker) / Shirt (Ted Baker) / Tie (Ted Baker) / Oxfords (Aldo) / Pocket Square (Ted Baker) / Watch (Triwa) / Specs (Warby Parker)

… diesmal halt einfach direkt drunter: DUMBO – Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. Hier haben wir einen super leichten, sommerlichen Anzug in einem hellen grau-blau, mit einem kontrastierten großen Karo-Muster, welches momentan sehr gefragt ist. Das Jackett hat einige moderne Elemente, wie den kleinen spitzen Aufschlag, der bei dem traditionellen Zwei-Reiher deutlich größer ist, sowie nur vier Knöpfe, nicht sechs, und die sind dann auch noch weiß. Ich hab diese helle Farbe der Knöpfe und des Musters dann ins Hemd und die Krawatte übertragen. Das Einstecktuch bringt einen Hauch von frischer Farbe ins Spiel, während ich mich bei Schuhen, Uhr und Brillengestell für Braun entschieden habe. Lasst mich wissen, was ihr von dem Look haltet 😉

… like, right underneath the Manhattan Bridge this time. I’m wearing this fantastic summer-y suit, in a light grey-blue, with a contrasting large window-pane, a pretty trendy pattern at the moment. The jacket has lots of modern elements, like a significantly smaller peak lapel than you would usually expect on a DB, as well as only four buttons, not six, all of which are a contrasting white color. This bright color of buttons and grid, I wanted to pick back up with a light shirt and even lighter tie. A little pop of blue with the bright pocket square, while I went for cognac colored oxfords, a brown watch and a tortoise frame with the specs. Let me know your thoughts 😉
