Langsam aber sicher wird es auch hier wärmer und ich versuch verzweifelt cool zu bleiben. Das Wortspiel war schon im Englischen nicht besonders gut, im Deutschen noch weniger, haha. Aber ich denk, dass genau das doch immer die Debatte ist: wie zieh ich mich nicht zu warm an und seh trotzdem noch cool aus? Ich hatte meinen Spass den Anzug hier von Topman zu stylen, ganz legère, mit dem Hemd komplett geöffnet, um eben den höheren Temperaturen zu trotzen. Die Geschichte funktioniert nur wirklich, wenn man noch die Ärmel hochkrempelt und Sneaker dazu anzieht, ansonsten sieht es einfach schlampig aus. Unter dem Blazer haben wir zum einen ein weißes Unterhemd, welches den Look zusammen mit den Sneakern sehr hell macht, sowohl wie das aufgeknöpfte, hell-blaue Hemd, mit einem intensiven blauen Einstecktuch. As the temperatures slowly rise, we have got to come up with ways to keep it cool. That wasn’t a good wordplay, I apologize, but the point is still that: not get too hot, whilest still looking put together. I had fun with this fantastic light grey suit from Topman, as you can find it at Nordstrom. I wore it very laid back, with the shirt untucked and completely unbuttoned, in an attempt not to get too hot. I think it’s a look that only works, if you take it all the way and make it more casual with sneakers and pushing up your sleeves, otherwise it just looks sloppy. Tonally, I went with a light blue shirt under the grey blazer, with a pop of more intense blue in the pocket. Shoes and tank top match and keep the entire look very bright and summery.
