Classic on the inside, bad boy on the outside.
Breaking the lines between styles often make a great outfit. Tailored Denim Vintage Shirt in a baby blue, topped by a oxblood Club Monaco V-Neck sweater make for a very classical look. The H&M jeans start to break that look, along with the fact that the shirt is untucked. The biker jacket by Tim Hamilton make for the “bad boy” look, reinforced by the sunglasses (no idea where I got them .. ha). Double monk straps by Allsaints have a dapper look in general, but the raised black sole, again, give it a rougher feel.
The jacket I consider to be a great piece, as the detail in the front is something I’ve rarely seen up to this point – and who doesn’t love to be unique in their look…
Bottom line: whatever styles might not work together at a first glance – as long as you know the rules, go ahead and break them.
