T’was Fashion Week in NYC …
and I know this post is way late, but better late than never. This was actually the first time I had been at the Lincoln Center and any Fashion Week, so it was particularly exciting. Obviously, everybody wants to stand out from the crowd – I decided to keep it a little simpler, but still on trend. Military print and the leather top, two pieces that reflect two big trends in current men’s fashion.
I am wearing an over-sized long-sleeve T, Dark Shadow by Rick Owens, an incredible find at the Barney’s Warehouse Sale. The leather top is a unique piece designed by my best friend and menswear designer Maxwell Amadeus (Facebook). I’m wearing my black Diesel blazer on top in combination with the Zara drop crotch pants. I combined it with my Ann Demeulemeesters – beautiful shoes if you ask me, as well as my military print backpack from Urban Outfitters. The woolen overcoat is from Strellson.
Overall, I went for a quality look, that didn’t scream “look at me”, but still exuded a certain confidence when it comes to fashion.
