The new kid on the block? Dress pants with draw strings. These grey beauties from Express have got me hooked. You all know how much I appreciate varying & contrasting aesthetics. The incorporation of such a sporty element in a traditional dressy pant is merely fantastic. As I hope you would expect from me by now, I tried to carry out the vibe of these pants with the entire outfit: gingham shirt, button up, and no tie to make it more informal. A structured navy blazer with a chic herringbone overcoat, but then combined with slip-on sneakers instead of dress shoes. The overall feel of the look is definitely young and modern, but sophisticated at the same time, making it an ideal option for casual business attire. Comfort included.”
