An AH-MAZING new backpack. I discovered Troubadour at PROJECT NYC, and am so massively thankful. The two guys who founded and run the brand are super cool dudes and heck — they know how to make beautiful, luxurious, handcrafted leather bags. “We spent years in pursuit of a well-designed, high-quality overnight bag that could transition seamlessly from situation to situation, be it a quick business trip or a casual weekend away with friends,” say the designers about the process through which they realized they could fill that niche themselves and create minimalist, high-end bags. And I think they nailed it. This backpack for instance is easily combined with a suit, which is kind of the direction I’m going in with the black and navy look above, but also works wonderfully with a casual combination like the one I wore yesterday.
