Same Old Convo

Isabel Marant for H&M. And every time a new designer x mass market retailer collaboration comes out, my entire school is discussing and “rediscussing” the effect these collabs have on the designers and the retailers, on the buyers that shop it and the owners of the originals. I say: it’s a beautiful collection. Period. I think if someone wants the original they’ll go for it, and if not quite yet, why not show them what they’re missing out on. Well that was me thinking out loud on the Internet. My scarfs from there if you’re wondering why I am at all talking about this. Again I paired my leather jacket with my crew neck sweatshirt, just a very big fan of that combination, this time with black jeans and sneakers that integrate the purple of the scarf and grey of the sweater. I gotta ask: did you get anything from the Isabel Marant collection?
